First Snow!

It was hard to believe we had to wait until December for our first snow this year! Carolyn enjoyed playing outside and running around in the snow while Zach shoveled. Jocelyn and I stayed inside where it was nice and warm!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Jocelyn wore the same outfit that Carolyn wore on her first Thanksgiving. Of course, Carolyn was less than 2 weeks old and Jocelyn was over 4 months old!

Jumping Fun!

These pictures reminded me of each other! Both of our girls love the jumper!

What We've Been Up To.....

Carolyn wanted to go out while Zach did our final leaf clean up. She used her umbrella and stood right where he was blowing!

Jocelyn is getting really good at standing in her exersaucer. She loves to play with the toys now too!

Carolyn likes to take pictures while I do. Carolyn is growing her bangs out, so I've been pulling them up in little ponytails. After I put her hair up, she looked in the mirror and said "I'm like a whole different person now!"

I've been working on a quilt and Carolyn has been busy working on her first quilt too! She arranged all the fabrics and brought them to me to sew. She's so proud! She uses it for Jocelyn to lay on and in her bed too.

4 Months Old!

Jocelyn is 4 months old! She smiles, laughs, rolls over both ways, loves her exersaucer and is starting to really enjoy looking around at things! On the flip side, she still reminds us of a newborn as she takes 4 45 minute naps a day, and eats every 2.5 hours!!

Carolyn at 4 months old - much bigger, but maybe similar facial features?

Happy Birthday Carolyn!

Carolyn's favorite present was these princess Jammies. She "needs" to wear them every night - good thing Mommy is on top of the laundry!

Enjoying her cupcake!

Carolyn designed and mommy made this Dora cake - it's a map of how Dora must get to Carolyn's party - over the troll bridge, up windy mountain and then to the party. She was very pleased!

The inside of the cake was a rainbow - fun!

Happy Halloween!!

Carolyn taped these balloons all over her pumpkin and drew happy faces on them to tell everyone Happy Halloween! No one else had a pumpkin quite like ours......

Grandma made this crayon costume for Carolyn but she decided at the last minute she was going to be a lion (also made by grandma for Uncle Dave when he was 4 - over 20 years ago!)
